Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the product.

To make use of the right of withdrawal, you need to let us know beforehand. When you do, you enter into an agreement with us to cancel/return one or more products. If you want to return a product to us and get your money back, you have to notify us. So, indicate with your withdrawal request that it concerns a withdrawal/return. In order to be able to use the right of withdrawal, you need to let us know before the withdrawal period has expired. You have up to 14 days to return your product after purchase.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs due to your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer) no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will pay you back using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for reimbursement.

We may wait to refund your money until we have received the products back, or you have proven that you have returned the products, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the products to us without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to cancel the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The customer must pay the direct costs for returning the products.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the products that's due to use of the products beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the products. We should receive the products, including packaging, in as original as possible and undamaged state. If your return does not meet our requirements, we will send it back to you.

Return options
  • The item does not correspond to what we have shown in our online store. • There was another item delivered than the one I ordered (wrong delivery).
  • The item is damaged or there is a manufacturing fault (report within 24 hours of receipt).
  • Other (contact customer service before returning the product).

General terms and conditions for returns
  • The product (including packaging) must not have any obvious signs of use, be damaged, dirty or incomplete.
  • The product must not have undergone any installations.
  • Existing barcodes and/or registration codes must not be removed or unreadable.
  • The product must not be disassembled (seal must be intact).
  • The product must have original instructions and accessories.

Return procedure
  1. Contact customer service via e-mail, clearly stating your invoice number.
  2. After we've received and approved your request, you can return the product, properly packaged (or drop it off by appointment) together with the return form (download return form).
  3. If we have received your product, you will get a confirmation e-mail from us. We'll then take the necessary steps to process the return as quickly as possible.
